You can participate in a conference with a standard H.323 endpoint. This is typically going to be a "room system" which is a self-contained unit. You have two methods of dialing the conference depending on the endpoint being connected to a K12HSN gatekeeper or not (You may need to consult with the IT department to determine this). Once you have the information you can follow the corresponding instructions below.

Dialing conference without a gatekeeper:

  •  Using the Keypad, enter the IP Address provided to you by K20video or the individual who created the conference.

  •  Press the Call button, you will be placed in the video lobby where you will be prompted visually and by audio to enter the "Room Extension", this is the 10 digit number provided by K20video or the individual who created the conference, the digits should begin with 590XXXXXX. You will need to enter the "#" key after entering the 10 digit number, the "#" key is like the "enter" button on a computer.

  • If there is a PIN, you will be prompted visually and by audio to enter your PIN using the keypad. Enter the PIN provided to you by K20video or the individual who created the conference followed by the "#" key.

  •  Enjoy your conference
